recycled granite countertops Description

We are in the process of remodeling out kitchen.  My sister and (http://maplered.com) brother in law are in the process of closing on their home.  The buyers want to remodel the kitchen which consists of black Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops and (http://maplered.com) cherry Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops.  They proclaim, "it's too dark".  We are in negotiations regarding uninstalling the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops and (http://maplered.com) cabinets and (http://maplered.com) wanting to use them in our new kitchen.  We would really like to do it ourselves, with the help of a family contractor.  My question is, how difficult will it be to uninstall the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) ?  Do you have any "easy" ideas?

Thanks,
Nancy
